At Valentine Counseling Services, we’re here to walk alongside you through life’s challenges and transitions. We offer individual, couples, family, and group counseling in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
While we don’t prescribe medication, we’re happy to connect you with trusted psychiatric providers if medication support would be helpful as part of your care.
Group Therapy
We offer a variety of group therapy options that create space for connection, encouragement, and personal growth:
Women’s, Men’s, and LGBTQ+ Support Groups
Positive Parenting
Marriage Enrichment
Life Losses & Transitions
Our groups are designed to help clients build skills, find community, and know they’re not alone in what they’re facing.
Areas of Focus
Our clinicians work with a wide range of concerns and goals, including:
Parenting skills and coaching

Specialized Services
In addition to therapy, we also offer clinical supervision for therapists in training and licensed professionals seeking mentorship and continued development.

Relationship enrichment
Communication and connection skills
